Not everyone can commit to weekly therapy and that’s completely okay.

Mind Maintenance Sessions are designed for those who still want support, reflection, and guidance but in a more flexible, accessible way. Think of them as a monthly check in for your mental wellbeing: a dedicated 90-minute space to pause, reflect, and recalibrate.
Whether you’re navigating something challenging, want to learn new coping tools, or simply need a moment to process life, these sessions offer a chance to do just that, without the pressure of ongoing weekly appointments.

Who are these sessions for?

You want support but can’t commit to regular therapy right now, whether due to time, finances, or other commitments.

You’re a former or current client who has met your therapy goals but would still like occasional check-ins to stay grounded and connected with yourself.

You’re facing something specific - a decision, a change, or an emotional block and want a focused space to work through it.

You want to build or maintain your mental health toolkit, practicing techniques that help you feel more in control, resilient, and self-aware.

Like a gym session but for your mind
Just like you might go to the gym or attend a yoga class to keep your body in shape, Mind Maintenance sessions keep your mind healthy. It’s about maintaining the progress you’ve made, reinforcing positive habits, and staying mentally fit.
These sessions help you stay proactive with your mental health, rather than seeking help when things have got to the point that they feel overwhelming.

The power of an impartial sounding board
We all have friends and family who care, but sometimes what we need most is a neutral, professional space, free of judgment, expectations, or personal history. In your Mind Maintenance session, you’ll have the opportunity to speak openly and honestly, to unpack thoughts or emotions that might be hard to articulate elsewhere, and to gain fresh perspective from someone who’s there solely for you.

Fees
90 minute session - 9am-6pm - £75
(Last session available at 4.30pm-6pm)

Cancellation Policy
I request 48 hours minimum notice for cancellation of a session and there will be no charge for this. If however, you give less than 48 hours notice, full session fees will be payable as I am unlikely to be able to fill the session at short notice.

Payment methods​
​
Initial fees are taken when submitting the intake forms online - these are sent to you after booking an appointment. The payment link takes you to Natwest where you can pay by online banking. Further payments for subsequent sessions can be made by this link too.
​
All session fees must be paid in advance before the session commences.
I am currently not accepting insurance payments.

You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes, the most powerful changes happen when we create space for consistent, gentle reflection.
