Are you feeling stuck, a bit flat, or like things just aren’t quite working anymore? Whether it’s your fitness levels, your eating habits, your work/life balance or your relationships, Reset and Rise is designed to help you take stock and make real, lasting changes.

This is your chance to reset the areas of life that have slipped and rise with a clear, achievable plan.

What is Reset and Rise?

Reset and Rise is an 8 week, goal-focused therapy programme that helps you take action where it matters most. We’ll work together to identify the areas that need attention, make sense of what’s been holding you back, and build a realistic, motivating plan to move forward.

Each session is tailored to you. It’s about making progress that sticks and therefore finding ways that work with other commitments in your life.  Additional fortnightly or monthly check in sessions are available after you complete the 8 weeks if you feel that you would like them.

Areas we might focus on:

  • Getting fitter or getting back into movement

  • Building better habits around food and health

  • Rethinking your work/life balance

  • Strengthening your social life and connections

  • Regaining a sense of control, motivation and energy

In addition to my therapy qualifications, I am a qualified gym instructor and also hold a level 2 qualification in nutrition so I can support you in making changes to your eating habits and your fitness levels.

What to expect in the sessions

Each session lasts 50 minutes and is focused on helping you set meaningful goals, reflect on your progress and keep up momentum.

You’ll also get a Reset Journal - a simple but powerful tool to help you track what you’re working on each week, reflect on what’s working (and what’s not), and stay connected to your goals.  I will teach you some visualisations that will help to embed the work you are doing and to show your brain what you are striving to achieve.

The 5-step approach:

  1. Identify the areas in life that need a reset

  2. Decide where to begin and what to focus on first

  3. Set realistic, motivating goals

  4. Use your Reset Journal to reflect and track each week

  5. Assess, adjust and adapt as you go

​

Who is Reset and Rise for?

This could be a good fit if you:

  • Feel like you’ve lost your routine or motivation

  • Are coming out of a difficult patch and need to restart some of your goals

  • Want to feel more in control of your health and lifestyle

  • Want a practical but achievable plan to improve your life

Session details

  • Format:

    • Week 1 - initial consultation

    • Weeks 2-7 - working on one area per week, setting goals, assessing and reflecting

    • Week 8 - review and plan for moving forward

  • Length: 50 minutes

  • When: 8 sessions - weekly

  • Cost: £60 per session

  • Format: Online or in-person â€‹

  • Check in sessions if required - fortnightly or monthly - available after completion of the programme.
